Plenty went on in NASCAR This Weekend on and off the Track
There were so many things that went
on in NASCAR on and off the track. We
have some Earnhardt drama back in the news.
NASCAR officials admitted to making a bad call in the Camping World
Truck Series race and it could have ended with a different result.
Teresa, Teresa, Teresa
Earnhardt!!! Why do we have to hear the
drama you keep putting your step kids, Dale Earnhardt’s kids through? It just isn’t right at all. Why?
The public was really doing fine without hearing you in the news in a
long time. Now, you are back and causing
more drama to the family. Teresa had filed
an appeal in federal court over a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ruling that
denied Teresa’s challenge to the “Earnhardt Collection” trademark applied for
by Kerry Earnhardt Inc. If you want to
read more details about the situation, you can go to the ESPN website: http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/story/_/id/15474534/kerry-earnhardt-battle-teresa-earnhardt-name
. In my opinion, she is sinking to a
real low again to try to keep Kerry from using his last name in his
business. This is his birth right. She has already taken so much from the family
since she did not want them nowhere involved in the business of Dale Earnhardt
Inc. She is really taking the step
mother title to a new level.
NASCAR officials admitted to a huge
mistake during the Camping World Truck race on Friday night. On the next to last restart, Timothy Peters
clearly jumped the restart on Matt Crafton.
Crafton did not spin his tires or he did play any games on the restart
like someone like Kyle Busch would do.
Peters jumped the restart as plain as day. NASCAR officials did review the call, but
came back with the restart being clean.
Peters did give the lead back to Crafton, but the rule is that the
driver should still be penalized for jumping the restart even if it they gave
it back. NASCAR officials did not admit
to the mistake until the next day. If
NASCAR officials made the right call during the race, maybe Peters would not
have had the chance to make contact with Crafton to cause Crafton to lose spots
during the race. Plus drivers had to
avoid them which cause some of the other drivers to lose time and spots. The race could have ended differently if Peters
had served his penalty. Peters has
always been a driver to go all out and he did not care who stands in his. He would even mess up a teammate. Peters has always been a sneaky, dirty driver
to me. I am going by what I have been
seeing with my own eyes.
I think it is a good idea to write
two posts about this weekend on my blog because there is too much to talk
about. From the Teresa Earnhardt drama
with the family to the on track no call that NASCAR admitted to that could have
possibly altered the outcome of the race.
Sure NASCAR always has drama on and off the track, but there are some
worth talking about than others. By the
way, I am on Kerry Earnhardt and his wife side.
I’m always on the family side when it comes to the Earnhardt family versus
Teresa and it does not matter which Earnhardt it is versus Teresa.
